I’ve always been told that grandparents are there to spoil their grandchildren, whilst it’s up to the parents to bring them up. You’ve reminded me of my own experiences with my grandparents, who, like you, also corrected me on certain things but, above all, gave as much of themselves as they possibly could. Your grandchildren are very lucky to have you! I hope you’ll enjoy each other’s company for a long time to come.
