Cuban medicine is renowned for its excellence. You’ve been very lucky to have graduated in the specialism you were keen on. From what you say, things are the same there as in my country (Spain). I know that your residency is your priority, but don’t neglect your hobbies. They help to balance out the demands of your work and are essential to prevent you from burning out prematurely.
