I'm sorry to hear about this challenge you've encountered. Normally, I would recommend for newbie Hivers to do an introduction post however seeing that you are having this issue, its best to resolve it first.

I can only recommend two options since I'm not familiar with Splinterlands:

1. You can drop by in Splinterlands community for some help

2. You can hop into OCD's Discord server and some Hivers might be able to assist you with this or answer your questions.
