Last week my mother approached me, with a YouTube video that aroused her curiosity, where they interviewed the couples therapist Chava Gutierrez, to my surprise he commented on a particular topic, aroused my interest to develop this post.

I spent much of my time on the farm this week and it's really nice to see our crops getting cleaned. I hired my father and his friend to clean our crops and I had been sending them their in the morning and taking them back in the afternoon. It was a hard work for both of them and appreciate what they had done, today is the last day of their work and it feels rewarding.

Hiiiii!!! How've you been? I hope you have had a nice week and you can enjoy the coming weekend. As many of you may already know, October is the pink month, in which we celebrate all those fighting women who have been able to beat breast cancer.

Since last year I started attending a gym near my home, where I met wonderful women who have made me stay much longer than I had planned. As yesterday was October 19th,the International Breast Cancer Day, we took on the task of making a small celebration, doing a special class wearing pink.

The last 4 years have been the most stressful years I have had so far in my entire life. It was the pressure of adulting that took a trip on my nerves. It was the effect of neglecting my health as I was busy minding my goals in life. I worked as a customer service representative for a year, and as a college instructor for 2 years. Everything has been so stressful. I couldn't find the right balance of work and keeping my overall well-being intact. It was an unhealthy lifestyle, so I had to quit.

In short, today my friend Susan said to me: let's go to the beach for a while to distract ourselves? and I told her yes, let's go... because those unexpected moments are the ones that work out the best... nothing planned goes wrong, it always brings positive and wonderful things to your life. So we got in the car and left.

Hello Hivers I would like to share with you some experiences about my work and its impact on society. In the 21st century there is a great debate worldwide: The excessive consumption of fossil fuels for electricity generation. But one thing is certain; with the great technological and industrial development, it is impossible to prosper at the country or individual level if we do not use it. There are several ways to obtain electrical energy such as wind, solar panels or hydraulics, and Diesel Generating Plants are the most used worldwide, they are of great power and very safe and do not depend on the wind or the sun or any other factor, only the fuel.

I begin my post because today I want to talk to you about one of my passions which is music and how has been my immersion in this beautiful worl

Although i am this kind of an introvert person, so i was just all myself alone indoors crying, thinking of all sorts of things, worrying and the rest. But on a cool day, I had to go out and leave my comfort zone, called some of my friends to come over for some hangout in a cool place and they eventually did come around. It was really a nice time. We played different types of games and all of them had to pray for me and encouraged me.

When we learned that the first performance of the play called ¨ En ningún lugar del mundo ¨ written by Abel González Melo and directed by Alejandro Palomino with special performances by Néstor Jiménez and Bárbaro Marín among other actors, we decided that we had to go to see it. The presentation would be at the Bertolt Bretch Cultural Center located in the heart of Vedado in Havana. From our experience, when plays are presented that are awaited by the public, a large number of people attend and many times there are not enough tickets for everyone, depending on the capacity of the theater. This has happened to us on some occasions and we have been left wanting to see the play. Anticipating that this would happen, my husband @lazaro13 decided to go alone to queue for the theater three hours before the start of the show, I would go later.

I can still remember when I was six years old, that day is still very fresh in my memory. My parents always take me and my siblings to spend holidays with our grandparents. We are always so excited, because we get to spend the holidays with our cousins we rarely get to see. I wasn't feeling too well that day and my mum wanted me to stay back home, but I insisted on going to my grandmother's place so she stopped by the pharmacy to get some drugs which we took to our grandparents' place.
