I start by saying that this year I wanted to do it differently, although I have a big artificial pine tree that I bought some time ago, but due to space issues I wanted it to be small to place it on a table. I also have an anecdote to share that motivated me to turn a dry tree branch into my Christmas tree; A very dear aunt passed away some years ago, she placed in her living room a much larger branch almost the size of a pine tree, which she painted white by mixing soap flakes with water, I remember perfectly that the tree besides being very white, it had a rich smell of soap and a texture that seemed like snow to me 😂 that moment has a very special meaning, because during my childhood, my aunt liked to hide the gifts inside the branches for me to guess where they were. Several years I found for me: hair ties, earrings and even banknotes.

This time I want to share with you my FRONT LEVER routine focused on Traction and Lever elements. I normally train this way, on Mondays and Thursdays I work traction elements (specifically for the Front Lever). It is rotational, one week on Monday I train focused on traction and leverage, and on Thursday I would work on isometric (tension) progressions and the next week the other way around. This way I don't leave anything out in the process. I usually finish with some "basic" elements such as high pull ups, muscle up, regular pull ups and some isolated exercises such as biceps curl with bands or fixed bar, this to condition and to be able to protect the tendons and joints well. Without further ado, let's get to the routine.

We went about 12:50 around there we got to Barrio Obrero and they left us there we saw where was the place where we were going to get our nails done and from there we went to look for a place for her to get her eyebrows done. Yesterday night was another day to showcase love and excitement, it was my School faculty Christmas carol and i was so much excited to participate in the Christmas carol night. A lot of exciting moment and showing of talent was showcase, people who had talent to showcase to the world and express how the are grateful to participate in the Christmas night, a lot of talent where express and drinks and food where share to everyone who was there to weakness the Christmas carol.

Countless vehicles are housed in Motorworld, which sees itself as a marketplace and meeting place for mobility. These can be visited free of charge and some can also be rented and bought. Classic cars and supercars, motorcycles and even a yacht can be seen. The vehicles themselves are worth seeing, and a number of exhibits are also lovingly and stylishly staged. Although I'm not really a car fanatic, I was enthusiastic about the vehicles on display.

In order to gain progress and surpass each challenges in life, one must continuously work for it. To achieve such goals and dreams, exerting too much of the time and efforts must be prioritized especially if it's all about finances. However, nonstop hustling might possibly lead to extreme tiredness (physically, mentally and in all aspects of health).
