According to Dylan William, "Every teacher needs to improve, not because they are not good enough, but because they can be even better". With the initiative of our principal, Miss Airene Godinez, the 71 SES Teaching Force (im a part of it) participated on a half-day seminar entitled GAD TRAINING AND TEAMBUILDING at Cordova Home Village, Cordova,Cebu. The activity aimed to provide teachers information on gender related issues thereby eradicating gender discrimination in the educational setting. Furthermore, teambuilding activities provided geared to develop trust, cooperation and effective communication towards ensuring productivity in the workplace.
