Silver Price Manipulation - is this the manipulation 'curve' without input data?

To me, as a software engineer, correct me if I'm wrong.. but this looks like an attempt at an algorithm to meet it's range requirements without any input purchase data... I guess the comex is closed/open today? Half open, at least from a data perspective.. If I'm way off on this assessment, please jump in and correct me, but this looks like a pure look at the algorithm responsible for a portion of the manipulation of metal prices.
