Greetings guys, have a happy day. Today's post will be a little different from the others, this time I want to share with you through images a part of my experience living in one of the southernmost cities of the American continent, this is Punta Arenas, the capital of the Province of Magellan founded in December 1848, a place full of history, of exuberant natural landscapes and of course of an extreme cold haha, in my stay in that site I visited many places, which I would like to be sharing with you little by little, accompany me to know a little more of this place, without more than saying let's begin.

El post de hoy será un tanto distinto a los demás, esta vez quiero compartir con ustedes a través de imágenes una parte de mi experiencia viviendo en una de las ciudades más australes del continente Americano, se trata de Punta Arenas, es la capital de la Provincia de Magallanes fundada en Diciembre de 1848, un lugar lleno de historia, de exuberantes paisajes naturales y por supuesto de un frio extremo jajá, en mi estadía en ese sitio visite muchos lugares, los cuales me gustaría ir compartiendo de a poco con ustedes, acompáñenme a conocer un poco más de este lugar, sin más que decir empecemos.
After my arrival from Venezuela to Chile, a somewhat exhausting and long trip since it was by land, my destination of arrival was in the capital of this country, Santiago de Chile, here I lasted a few months while I settled in the place and caught up with some papers, as time passed, I got a very lucrative job offer from Punta Arenas which I accepted, take a plane to that place.
Tras mi llegada de Venezuela a Chile, un viaje un tanto agotador y largo ya que fue por tierra, mi destino de llegada fue en la capital de este país, Santiago de Chile, acá dure unos cuantos meses mientras me asentaba en el lugar y me colocaba al día con algunos papeles, al correr el tiempo, me llega una oferta de trabajo muy lucrativa desde Punta Arenas la cual acepte, tome un avión Rumbo a ese lugar.
The flight lasted approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, full of beautiful landscapes, and I was able to observe part of the Andes in more detail.
El vuelo duro aproximadamente 3 horas y 30 minutos, lleno de paisajes hermosos, pude observar más a detalle parte de la Cordillera de los Andes.
When I arrived at my destination, I arrived there in the winter season, for the month of December, I did not imagine how cold it would be in that place, the first time I saw snow, and for a Venezuelan many of these experiences are new, but I was ready to exercise my duties and give my best in this new opportunity.
Llegado a mi lugar de destino, arribe a ese lugar en temporada de invierno, para el mes de Diciembre, no me imaginaba el frio que haría en ese lugar, primera vez que veía la nieve, y para una venezolana muchas de estas experiencias son nuevas, pero estaba lista para ejercer mis funciones y dar lo mejor de mí en esta nueva oportunidad.
Not every day was good, like every human being there are times when one falls a little bit and gets sad, thinking about my family and friends in Venezuela, and the warmth of their streets, but I still remained optimistic.
No todos los días eran buenos, como todo ser humano hay veces en donde uno decae un poco y se entristece, pensando en mis familiares y amigos en Venezuela, y el calor de sus calles, pero aun así me mantenía optimista.
On the days when it wasn't so cold I would take a walk to the Costanera, a long coastal avenue that runs the length of the city of Punta Arenas, it is full of beautiful places, old docks full of stories from the past, you can also watch boats all the time, and they have a great variety of fauna, from birds, dolphins, sea lions and if you are very lucky you can see whales, which was not my case :(
En los días que no hacia tanto frio me animaba a pasear y caminar a la Costanera, es una extensa avenida costera que recorre todo lo largo de la ciudad de Punta Arenas, está llena de lugares hermosos, de muelles antiguos llenos de historias del pasado, también puedes observar todo tiempo de embarcaciones, y tienen una gran variedad de fauna, desde aves, delfines, lobos marinos y si tienes mucha suerte puedes divisar ballenas, lo cual no fue mi caso :(
In my travels in this beautiful city, every corner gave you pleasant surprises, this time I came across an exhibition of sports cars, I was very impressed by the airbrush work they had, I always wanted to learn this type of art, but I could not do it, the cars also reminded me of the first films of Fast and Furious.
En mis recorridos en esta hermosa ciudad, cada rincón te otorgaba gratas sorpresas, esa vez me topé con una exposición de autos deportivos, me llamo mucho la atención el trabajo de aerografía que tenían, siempre he querido aprender ese tipo de arte, pero no he podido realizarlo, los autos me recordaron también a las primeras películas de Rápido y Furioso.
