As many of you know, I'm participating again in the Splinterlands weekly art contest, and this time I decided to give a fun and colorful twist to one of my favorite characters: the Kobold Bruiser!
For those of you who aren't familiar, Kobolds are creatures passionate about competitive sports. I've always been fascinated by their energy and dedication to fighting and improving their skills. So, naturally, my fan art of the Kobold Bruiser features him in all his Simpsons-esque glory!
This is the second time I've immersed myself in the creation of this character, and I must say that each time I discover new layers to his personality and character. In my illustration, you will see the Kobold Bruiser standing tall in a real boxing ring, ready to face his next opponent. His determined gaze and firm stance capture the intensity and passion that Kobolds put into every fight. I used vibrant colors and dynamic shapes to enhance the excitement of the impending fight.
One of the things I enjoy most about creating fan art is the opportunity to play with the character's original elements and details. On this occasion, I focused on highlighting the characteristic features of the Kobold Bruiser, such as his clothing and that defiant look in his eyes. Also, I added some simpsonian touches, like the exaggerated gestures and facial expressions that give that comical and cheerful touch that I love so much.
In my opinion, art is a form of communication that transcends language barriers. With this fan art, I hope to convey not only my admiration for the Kobold Bruiser, but also the very essence of what he represents: dedication, passion and the courage to face challenges.

Para aquellos que no est谩n familiarizados, los Kobolds son criaturas apasionadas por los deportes competitivos. Siempre me ha fascinado su energ铆a y dedicaci贸n a la lucha y la mejora de sus habilidades. As铆 que, naturalmente, mi fan art del Kobold Bruiser lo presenta en todo su esplendor, 隆al estilo de los Simpsons!
Es la segunda vez que me sumerjo en la creaci贸n de este personaje, y debo decir que cada vez descubro nuevas capas de su personalidad y car谩cter. En mi ilustraci贸n, podr谩n ver al Kobold Bruiser erguido en un aut茅ntico ring de boxeo, listo para enfrentar a su pr贸ximo oponente. Su mirada decidida y su postura firme capturan la intensidad y pasi贸n que los Kobolds ponen en cada combate. Utilic茅 colores vibrantes y formas din谩micas para realzar la emoci贸n de la pelea inminente.
Una de las cosas que m谩s disfruto al crear fan art es la oportunidad de jugar con los elementos y detalles originales del personaje. En esta ocasi贸n, me enfoqu茅 en resaltar los rasgos caracter铆sticos del Kobold Bruiser, como su vestimenta y esa mirada desafiante en sus ojos. Like most races in the Burning Lands, Kobolds enjoy competitive sports. In special caves called wrestlehuts, Kobold Wrestlers meet regularly to spar with one another and practice their techniques. For these Kobolds, size doesn't matter; they are happy to wrestle with monsters five or six times bigger than them if the challenge arises, and they are likely to win. Although they enjoy the sport, Kobolds never gamble.

Diving into the creative process of my latest digital drawing, the Simpsons-style Kobold Bruiser fan art, was an exciting and discovery-filled journey. Each step contributed to bringing this character to life in a unique and captivating way.
I started with a rudimentary sketch on my graphic tablet, trying to capture the essence of the Kobold Bruiser and his attitude in the boxing ring. This stage is crucial to establish the overall composition and pose of the character. Once I was satisfied with the direction of the sketch, I moved on to the next step: outlining.
The outlining marked the beginning of giving structure to the drawing. With smooth and precise strokes, I defined the contours of the Kobold Bruiser and its characteristic details. It was a painstaking process that required patience and attention to detail to ensure that each line accurately reflected my artistic vision.
Then came the exciting moment of coloring. I chose a bright, vibrant color palette to capture the character's energy and vitality. The Kobold Bruiser's clothing and defiant expression were enhanced with tones that brought out his personality. Working with layers of color allowed me to experiment with different combinations and settings until I found the perfect balance.
The next step, applying shadows, was essential to add depth and dimension to the drawing. I used soft but defined shadows to model the shape of the Kobold Bruiser and create the illusion of light and shadow in the boxing ring. This step really brought the character to life and made him stand out from the background.
Finally, the glows and highlights were the icing on the cake. Adding highlights at strategic points enhanced the details and highlighted the brighter, more reflective areas of the illustration. This gave it a more polished and dynamic look, making the Kobold Bruiser appear ready to leap off the canvas.
Each step of this creation process was an exciting step towards the final result. From the sketch to the final glows, every decision made contributed to the story I wanted to tell with my fan art. The process was not only an artistic exploration, but also an expression of my admiration for the world of Splinterlands and its captivating community of characters.
Sumergirme en el proceso creativo de mi 煤ltimo dibujo digital, el fan art del Kobold Bruiser al estilo de los Simpsons, fue un viaje emocionante y lleno de descubrimientos. Cada paso contribuy贸 a dar vida a este personaje de manera 煤nica y cautivadora.
Comenc茅 con un boceto rudimentario en mi tableta gr谩fica, tratando de capturar la esencia del Kobold Bruiser y su actitud en el ring de boxeo. Esta etapa es crucial para establecer la composici贸n general y la pose del personaje. Una vez que estuve satisfecha con la direcci贸n del boceto, pas茅 al siguiente paso: el delineado.
El delineado marc贸 el comienzo de darle estructura al dibujo. Con trazos suaves y precisos, defin铆 los contornos del Kobold Bruiser y sus detalles caracter铆sticos. Fue un proceso meticuloso que requiri贸 paciencia y atenci贸n al detalle para asegurarme de que cada l铆nea reflejara con precisi贸n mi visi贸n art铆stica.
Luego lleg贸 el emocionante momento del coloreado. Eleg铆 una paleta de colores brillantes y vibrantes para capturar la energ铆a y vitalidad del personaje. La vestimenta del Kobold Bruiser y su expresi贸n desafiante se realzaron con tonos que resaltaban su personalidad. Trabajar con capas de color me permiti贸 experimentar con diferentes combinaciones y ajustes hasta encontrar el equilibrio perfecto.
El siguiente paso, aplicar sombras, fue esencial para agregar profundidad y dimensi贸n al dibujo. Utilic茅 sombras suaves pero definidas para modelar la forma del Kobold Bruiser y crear la ilusi贸n de luz y sombra en el ring de boxeo. Esta etapa realmente le dio vida al personaje y lo hizo destacar del fondo.
