Given last week's book about protecting the world from threats, I thought this week's book would follow along the same lines.
With that in mind, here is the Monster Hunter International Employee's Handbook and Roleplaying Game.
"Evil looms. Cowboy up. Kill it. Get paid." This is the motto of Monster Hunter International (MHI). Join the ranks of this professional monster-hunting organization and get paid to save the world.
This uses the HERO System basic rules at it's core. It contains information about MHI, character sheets for current members and villains, character sheets for monsters, rules for gunfights and magic, and original fiction by the author of the novels this is based on (Larry Correia).
There is a new book for MHI using Savage Worlds as the core mechanic but I do not have a physical copy of that one.
I have played in this world using a homebrew version with Savage Worlds so I have not tried the system in the book. But, being able to fight monsters usually cannot go wrong.
