It is good to see you trying to improve the game and I would have few ideas:

• first is to make the rounds shorter, because playing for 15 minutes is way too much for anyone! I would suggest a maximum of 5 minute rounds.
• upgrading the power of the weapons and maybe available to rent them not just to pick them up
• waves might appear randomly and forgot about counting to 10 all the time for the waves
• could be a mode where people getting the same rounds per week to compete against each other for the same chance
