I just finished a 7.0km running that lasted about 0hh:41mm:10ss ! Was planning on doing a long run today but my body just wasn't working the way I wanted, after kilometer 6 I started to get tired and the sun was shining in my eyes so I kept going till I reached kilometer 7 and then stopped.
