UBI might be able to work but it would be extremely hard to pull off due to folks gaming the system.
You want to encourage people to buy HIVE. How would you do that? Keep the leechers away and attract valuable investors at the same time.

It could work, the financial benefit for us is questionable though. We could coast on the UBI hype though..
