One of lordbutterfly's arguments is that 70k USD a month from the reward pool is not enough, I would say that 70k in beer is a lot of beer
Its enough if we will treat the base layer as a faucet. But if we are looking to become a content creator mainstream powerhouse, inevitably we need to move to L2 because base layer rewards given out via frontends like Peakd wont cut it. They simply are not enough on their own.
I mention in the post using the author rewards in a more effective way, Smooth called it restructuring. Its not about taking something away and not giving anything back. That kills Hive.
Its about looking for better options that might work.
