Vote sellers will get slightly lower returns. Or rather the curation gain from vote selling will be fluctuating much more.
Vote buying will be cheaper for the vote buyer because they will have to pay less for higher vote values. Vote sellers will lose some SBD/STEEM but will in turn receive more SP.

You didnt shift anything. You made things worse. You just made the 200$ trending post that was payed for cost something like 130 SBD instead of 180 SBD now.

Im not. I dont see this as good. Quite the opposite. I basically know everyone here that holds a significant amount of SP. I observed their behavior, the motivations and im not seeing that this will change anything for the better.
