Nein ich bin nicht aus der Schweiz. War allerdings schon öfter dort. Bzgl. des BGE denke ich, dass es tatsächlich die Bürger in einer Volksabstimmung entscheiden sollten. Ich sehe es ehrlich gesagt kritisch,
