This is why we must constantly scrutinize ourselves.

True. I mean half of the time we are on autopilot mode. We don't even realize what we are doing or thinking or saying.

Assessing our actions, and thoughts regularly, improves us.

And that's why I love to write and share my ideas, it gives me clarity of what I am thinking.

When I write it out, I know if the ideas are something of worth or not.🙂
