How you can earn from Crypto?

Lataly i had many talks about mining, staking and about all cryptocurrency posibilities to earn some extra money. So i decide to create this articl. I believe in that article will be helpfull for somebody who is new in this Cryptocurrency world!

There are many ways to earn $$$ from crypto, in current post i will try to list them and describe how to do it.
Of course if you know some other way please leave comment and you sugestion will be ok than i will update a post with link to your blog or post on steemit.

Ad. 1. Mining

In cryptocurrency networks, mining is a validation of transactions. For this effort, successful miners obtain new cryptocurrency as a reward. The reward decreases transaction fees by creating a complementary incentive to contribute to the processing power of the network.
Each time a cryptocurrency transaction is made, a cryptocurrency miner is responsible for ensuring the authenticity of information and updating the blockchain with the transaction. The mining process itself involves competing with other cryptominers to solve complicated mathematical problems with cryptographic hash functions that are associated with a block containing the transaction data.

The first cryptocurrency miner to crack the code is rewarded by being able to authorize the transaction, and in return for the service provided, cryptominers earn small amounts of cryptocurrency of their own. In order to be competitive with other cryptominers, though, a cryptocurrency miner needs a computer with specialized hardware (few strong graphic cards)

In simple worlds:
To earn money from mining crypto you need to buy atleast one graphic card (or special ASIC machine), create wirtual wallet, configure your mining client and start earning. Earnings are depended from price and mining dificulity of currently mined coin.

Ad. 2 Staking (PoS)

Staking or in another worlds Proof of Stake (PoS) concept states that a person can mine or validate block transactions according to how many coins he or she holds. This means that the more Bitcoin or altcoin owned by a miner, the more mining power he or she has.

In simple worlds:
To earn money from PoS you need to buy coins which are from PoS "familly". Put and keep them on wallet. For keeping those coins on your wallet you will start obtaining some rewards (interest). Remember that each coin has its own rules of staking.

Ad. 3 Masternodes

Masternodes are machines which are part of crypto network of current coin.
Masternodes are used to simplify the verification and validation of transactions, they are essentially full nodes with a starting stake "collateral"

In simple worlds:
To earn money from masternode you need to buy coins. Put and keep them on wallet. Install your masternode on some machine which is available in network 24/7 and connect your wallet with this Masternode. And like for PoS for keeping those coins on your wallet (and have fully operational masternode) you will start obtaining some rewards (interest). Remember that each coin has its own rules how to obtain rewards from masternodes.
