I fully agree with you, being at home makes me so unproductive such that days just passed by without attaining something significant.

I think I really need to set a place to work or study, I used to do it with my kids around so I get disturbed most of the times. Now I am thinking about one area in the house and make it my work/study place.

Now I realized that for me to become productive I should follow all those that you mentioned, otherwise I will suffer the consequences of being unproductive all the time.
