I wanted to do the 7 day meditation challenge but I didn't read that I need to either post every day or simply post at the end of 7 days....
I'm going to opt to post at the end of 7 days, and so, this post I've made here was out of the rules for the challenge.
Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I will be back with a full week #mediation-challenge post :)
