From city centrum, you have to walk for about 20 minutes, following the road to Odderøya (Odderisland would be the direct translation). Or you can take the car and drive to the uppermost point, right in front of the German Bunker view from WW2, there you can park the car for a fee and walk 200 meters to Haubitz Hall.
