I like medicine series, Emergency room, is still one of my favorite. But the knick shows a different world, a world at the early twentieth century. The medical evolution starts at that time, a lot of stuff get invented and in that series we can follow Dr. John W. Thackery (Clive Owen) at his work.
It's really a great (not so famous) series which everyone who likes medicine should watch.
