This is my second post for the month of December and I am really happy to be back on posting blogs 馃槏 馃帀. Anyways, for this post I am going to join the weekly challenge by 
@splinterlands which is to showcase a battle where you will use Animated Corpse in it.
In this battle, I used my alt account 
The ruleset goes with a 23 Mana Cap with Standard rules and you can use all splinters.
With the challenge in mind, I chose the Death splinter. Well, in fact, I usually choose Death Splinter when this type of mana cap comes up in bronze. I chose Zintar Mortalis as my summoner to help my tank sustain more damage. After choosing the summoner, it is the time to choose a tank or a frontline monster, I have two choices with the tank, either Haunted Spirit or Bone Golem. Though I only use Bone Golem as tank when I am sure that the opponent usually goes with Water Splinter and this time, I did not see that happen so I chose Haunted Spirit.
After choosing the summoner and tank, it is time to choose my damage dealers. When I use the Death Splinter, I always use the combo of Sneaks and Snipe, namely, Undead Badger, Skeleton Assassin, Death Elemental, and Twisted Jester. These four monsters are very useful, just that to counter and protect our Twisted Jester from being killed from Sneak Monster, we are going to use Animated Corpse as a Backline Tank, I don't know if that is the right word LOL.
ANIMATED CORPSE AS A BACKLINE TANK, PROTECTING OUR BACKLINE ATTACKERS FROM SNEAK ATTACKS!
WILL IT WORK OR NOT? LET US FIND OUT!!!
MAN! Because of the opponent our ANIMATED CORPSE became a useless backline attacker and this might be hard to tell the winner unless his damage dealers are going to be eliminated earlier than ours.
Just in 2 rounds, the winner can already be seen with no chance of a comeback as the opponents damage dealers were easily penetrated by our Sneaks and Snipers.
The match is over and I won the battle using the Animated Corpse as a backline tank. I hope that you learned something from this and maybe we would see much more diverse strategies using this monster.
