100% agree. If "the community" wants to punish people for promoting pineapple pizza, then "so-be-it", but what I don't want is some insular group of individuals deciding what's appropriate and what's not appropriate and then telling everyone "it's the will of the community" when that's clearly not the case.

Heck, I'd be happy with a vote from any 3 witnesses, as long as it was randomized.

You might want to try and boost it's rep a bit before it "goes live" so it can heal rep damage as well.
