i was shocked when i watched "bambi" recently

i had no idea it was considered an "anti-communism-skreed"
there's a scene where bambi is a teen and has small horns
and another young buck gets between bambi and the young doe he's set his eye on
the interesting bit is that the "rival" is almost identical to bambi, only slightly darker
bambi thinks this rival is "attacking" the doe
but in reality, it's "rescuing" the doe from bambi
they battle and one of the young bucks falls to their death off a cliff

and i really can't tell which one dies
i like to think it's bambi who was killed
and the rest of the movie plays out with a new lead, and the audience never notices

Sid:

cause the deer are all going to do the same thing
eat and rut

been so long since I seen bambi

there are no "domestic abuse police" for deer
