sammy:
it completely changed my perception of violence

image.png

Sid:
what do you think that violence is now?

image.png
sammy:
scientifically, it's a manifestation of natural hormone production
most murderers are males between the age of 16 and 25

image.png

Sid:
high test
peak rather

image.png
sammy:
and not coincidentally that's when testosterone levels are roughly double any other time in their lives

image.png

Sid:
makes sense to me

image.png
sammy:
so we recruit these idiots to "protect us"
soldiers and police officers

image.png

Sid:
oh my, deep insight there

image.png
sammy:
we need their violence

image.png

Sid:
so society is like using them naturally, as "resources"

image.png
sammy:
yep

image.png

Sid:
I mean, it's natural or not, depending on where you sit your perspective at, or how far you zoom out.

image.png
sammy:
well, it's natural for most mammals
i was shocked when i watched "bambi" recently

image.png

Sid:
oh yeah?

image.png
sammy:
i had no idea it was considered an "anti-communism-skreed"
there's a scene where bambi is a teen and has small horns
and another young buck gets between bambi and the young doe he's set his eye on
the interesting bit is that the "rival" is almost identical to bambi, only slightly darker
bambi thinks this rival is "attacking" the doe
but in reality, it's "rescuing" the doe from bambi
they battle and one of the young bucks falls to their death off a cliff

image.png

Sid:
damn

image.png
sammy:
and i really can't tell which one dies
i like to think it's bambi who was killed
and the rest of the movie plays out with a new lead, and the audience never notices

image.png

Sid:
lol

image.png
sammy:
cause the deer are all going to do the same thing
eat and rut

image.png

Sid:
been so long since I seen bambi

image.png
sammy:
there are no "domestic abuse police" for deer

image.png

Sid:
ahh

image.png
sammy:
each young buck thinks they're the "good guy"

image.png

Sid:
never tried to think from the mind of an animal before
