This is not Instagram. Only the tags that are related to what you post must be used. Otherwise, it is considered spam and abuse of tags. The tagging does not work here in the same way as on Twitter or Instagram. That'sbecasue you can get rewarded for content here.
If you continue abusing tags by tagging random users or projects that are not related to your content, you will get downvoted.
