Then it is not democracy. Ir is an illusion of democracy and guardians of it are also victims just as victims are also guardians. They both have been conditioned to perpetuate it as they have been born into this system and delusion.
They just throw "democracy this" "democracy that" words mindlessly without actually understanding what democracy is supposed to be.
Democracy cannot work without the attributes that I mentioned above.
Actually, there has never been "real" democracy anywhere. There was some fledgling democracy that had died in ancient Greece.
