If you mean the lying videos spread by Qanon over social media about Kary Mullis allegedly saying that PCR tests for Covid-19 do not work, it is a complete lie. He has never said it about covid-19. The video that is propagated is from a completely different, older conversation that is about something completely different and it was recorded in 2005.
Also, the quote was said by someone completely different.
