I don't think that you may understand how the scientific method works.
There are almost none of the scientists that disagree about scientific facts related to the virus. It has nothing to do with what they say mainstream media or underground nonsense "media" like Qanon, Info Wars, Natural News, etc. Research is based upon the use of the scientific method. Facts and information are arrived at and constantly scrutinized when new information comes out. Science and facts don't care about someone's bullshit political opinion.
If there are doctors or scientists who disagree with the scientific discoveries about this virus or even question its existence they are likely of dubious credentials or base research of erroneous data that has confused them.
So may have even sold their credentials just as dishonest climate "scientists" who sold their credentials to fossil fuel think tanks to spread false information and pseudoscience regarding climate change (make up less than 1% of climate scientists).
And yes, there are millions working on Covid at the moment. thousands to tens of thousands working on it in almost every country on the planet.
