Normally the fine is €100. Next time respect the Covid rules in Spain about wearing a mask on the street. They put this rule after advise from health experts for a justified reason. A lot of bellend tourists repeatedly refuse to respect it though.

On the other hand filming police in Spain is legal so he had no right to stop you from doing it unless there was a risk of danger.
