It's a sketch so he may not necessarily believe it all to be true himself.
He is more less correct though about how things work (social stratification, class violence, acquisition of power and control etc) .
I would argue though if these who "control" us are in any sort of agreement with each other so they can control us. They are simply driven by pesonal gains and greed and are as mush of agents of this system as theyr are victims. Just as all of us.
They have been born and conditioned into their social circumstances just as we have been to ours.
