Well, it that big black turd (Montparnasse Tower) was at least in the middle, aligned straight with The Tower and Avenue the Saxe, then it would be fine.
About millions of little Parisian turds everywhere, introducing €10k fines should be probably trigger parts of the brain responsible for expressing the minimum of intelligent thinking. Consideration is a sign of intelligence :-)
