You are evidently a delusional Assad's shill. US got involved in the region to support Kurds fighting Islamic State not to attack civilians. They resisted involvement for few years and sent air support long time after Russia already sent their Army to support blood thirsty, sociopathic Assad. By that time Russian airstrikes had killed tens of thousands of civilians within Syria and injured tens of thousands. It is just to top up Assad's army arstrikes that killed tens of thousands and injured hundreds of thousands, displacing millions.
Blood thirsty Assad and prestige pursuing Russia does not differentiate and care if they attack actual terrorists like Al Nusra/ Hezbollah/ISIL (who hijacked the peacful Syrian revolution against Assad for their own sectarian aims, btw) and Kurds/civilians. They don't care if they attack hospitals or humanitarian convoys.
It is all recorded and investigated up to date by tens of idependent groups that risk their lives to update about the situation.
All involvement of Nato (US army mostly) in Syria was to help Kurds fight Islamic State and that's where their target focused in northern Syria and Iraq. Trump betrayed Kurds though as well as Nato recently. And Turkey is another story. It should probably be removed from NATO. It's been kept as NATO ally so US can keep their military bases there. Since Trump stopped supporting NATO, then maybe other NATO members will decide to remove Turkey from the membership.
It is true that US airstrikes had killed some civilians in Syria but the number cannot be compared to the perpetual genocide caused by Assad/Russia army.
On top of that Assad repeatedly gasing civilians with chemical weapons.
