That's super good time for Montjuic run. Tough route!
I did Salomon Run 2019 in 42 minutes. This post needs something special to add to it ;-)
Would be nice to go for a run together in Montjuic one day.
I am not as good as you though. Still hae nto broken 40 mins for 10k.
The best time I had was 40:30 :-S
And I was spitting my lungs out at finish line.
