I'm not sure what's that suppose to confirm as we already verified this user's identity. And I don't understand what this user is trying to achieve by re-confirming his identity.
His identity has nothing to do with the reason why he is blacklisted.

This abuser is a compulsive, mass plagiarist and liar. Vast majority of his posts are plagiarism of various articles, mostly Wikipedia. Onle few appeared to be own in the ocean of stolen ones. He glittered them with some of his personal photos.
He has acquired high reputation and has farmed massive amount of rewards with that plagiarism.

He also lied to Hivecleaners saying that he only " copied" 2 Wikipedia articles and other 2 are his (we initially commented on 4 posts). Then we found that almost all posts are writing plagiarism.
He kept playing innocent and victim, regardless, refusing to admit mass plagiarism and even existence of plagiarism in his posts. He refused to admit that stealing from Wikipedia is plagiarism.

It takes 1 or 2 minutes to submit some photos to a post.

It takes a lot of time to write personal, own, original story, edit it and put into a post. Sometimes many hours if the story is longer.

He has defrauded the community by deceiving them that these writings were of his creation while they were nothing more but petty plagiarism by stealing Wikipedia articles, google translating them and putting into posts as own.
