Hello world and fellow Hivers

I wanted to make my first post for @cryptoshots.nft for a long time now but I always delayed it because I did not have enough time to sit down and actually read the whitepaper and also to play the actual game. Well, I did the first step and I played the game for quite some time, also I've prepared for you some gameplay to watch with my attempts to beat the 3 difficulty modes and you will see the outcome later in this post. So in this post, I am going to try to explain to you a little bit of how the game works, I am going to show you a little bit of the rewards and plenty of gameplay. I would try to cover the three major questions I had in the beginning meaning of What is the @cryptoshots, How can I play it and Wen would I quit my job in order to play crypto games all day? The last question is easier to answer IMO Soon moon or too soon to wake up! Enjoy!

What is Cryptoshots

That question would probably pop up in your head when you first saw the game exists and I would guess that you saw it on Hive from the OCD & Crypto-shots Contest or maybe you found the game through Wax or you are in @thgaming for quite some time and your eye spotted it on discord or from some from the contests there. It doesn't really matter where your journey with this game begins because the first step is to be aware of it. For those who don't know what is this game all about let me try to explain it to you really simply. Cryptoshots is a 3D first shooter play-to-earn browser game in which of course all of your assets such as weapons, characters, etc are NFTs. So, if you are feeling like an intergalactic soldier and you are feeling confident that you can shoot robots faster than your shadow then this game is for you space cowboy! Well, I also said that is a play-to-earn game so you also win some of the tokens (DOOM) whenever you achieve to destroy those bots.

How can I play it?

Well that's the easiest question to answer because all you have to do is simply go to the official website and from there you can choose either to play for free in order to take a small taste of the game without winning those sweets rewards or you can log in through your Hive account or your Wax wallet.

If you have/win some assets in your wax wallet you can log in from there and later you can link your Hive account with your wax wallet. The process is pretty simple and you will see a guide on the page that explains every step but I will upload it also for my lazy friends!

Marketplace

So the game looks dope and you played like a real space cowboy on this free-to-play mode and you can't wait to quit your job and start earning some real DOOMs while playing with your own NFTs. Do not rush because you need the proper gear before you can enter the battlefield. Where you can find the right items you ask me and I will lead you to the native marketplace of the game of course. The first one is the marketplace on Hive and you can buy equipment from other players the second image is the marketplace from Atomic hub I would guess and you can find it inside the game.

The Whitepaper

Well, I am hearing you saying that "Sure lofone everything seems super cool but where is the damn Whitepaper?" and I would reply that I would never suggest a crypto project/game without one. So here is the Whitepaper from the game and I would strongly recommend you to give it a look because it's going to give you many answers that you wanted about other questions as well such like how to calculate and maximize your winnings on each game and you will understand more about the levels it has in-game, etc. Also, there is a discord game that allows you to earn some more tokens, so I highly recommend you again looking it thoroughly before you decide to invest some money into the game in order to fully understand what you are doing.

EASY RUN

Well, I am not going to lie this was not my first attempt but neither was the 20th, I played 2-3 games until I started to realize what was happening in the game and after that, I was starting to play some serious battles. To be honest I think that this was my first time in Easy mode because for some reason I kept playing a lot of Medium difficulty battles in order to beat it. My experience in Easy mode was that it was too soft for a battle-born space cowboy like me but it was quite fun because I really believed that I could win in other modes too 😂 Look at the next mode to understand!

MEDIUM RUN

When I first saw the "Medium" mode I thought that I would easily beat that because I play games and especially first-person shooter games for years but believe me when I say that this thing is seriously hard to beat. In this run, you would see that I did a kinda good job but this attempt was after a lot of losses that I took in order to get used to it. In the end, I believe that I didn't manage to get a "W" because I didn't manage to kill all the enemy bots but I am not so sure either, maybe someone with more experience can enlight us.

HARD RUN

SPOILER ALERT: This run was the most satisfying to watch and basically it describes my whole life in a nutshell.😂
