Prices these days for materials are honestly just insane. In a way I even regret not starting the renovation during covid, when a bunch of my friends were repainting walls and redoing wallpaper just out of boredom. Everything's complicated now. In a lot of ways it's easier for me, because I decided to go with a designer for home remodelling services. Yeah, that's extra cost too, but honestly those are the kind of expenses now that actually cut down on future expenses, compared to if I went and picked everything out, bought everything, did everything myself. I'm hoping to finish the renovation by the end of summer.
