I’m really jealous of people who can plan and do a renovation themselves. But I assume that’s the kind of case where people already work in this field, understand pretty much everything, and are just doing the project for themselves instead of someone else.
I think we’re only now getting to the point where we realize specialists should handle everything. A lot of people do renovations themselves because they can’t afford to hire a contractor and a crew. But we got so used to that, that even when we can afford it, we still forget there are teams you can hand everything over to. I think UBrothers Construction is a good one, here’s their contact page, where all the information is, including how they work and what they offer. I used to think it was better to save money and put more into the renovation, but in reality without a specialist you can spend a lot of money on completely the wrong things.
