An unconference agenda gets set by the participants as the first order of business. In larger groups, this is more of a session-pitching process and needs to be more organised but if you've less than 20 people in the room it works in a more fluid way.

We ended up with

How to talk to 'normals' about STEEM. How do you pitch it?
Promotion and simplification of transition from current social media/blogging sites to STEEM
Getting STEEM price up

Fundamentals of Blockchain
Trading How To
Wallets
Where the money comes from for Steemit etc
Trading Strategy

The Future: tokenisation - the end of upvotes (or STEEM rewards)

Steem Adoption
How to make it sustainable for mass adoption
Why should we stay on STEEM?
Keeping Going

How do we respond to anonymous trolling (eg shit pics when you reply to certain accounts)

But of course to know what we really talked about you'll have to hassle the people who went to write about it themselves!

I took part in a group talking about the basics - we had a new sign-up in knightswood@knightswood (who's already now posted six times!) who particularly wanted to know about it from the community-building angle. Over lunch we talked a lot about community and how you monetise meetups. In the afternoon I mostly had a conversation with shanibeer@shanibeer that I remember ranged over our respective relationships with art and writing and work and money.

It was too short a day. There were lots of calls on the day for it to be a weekend next time. Of course that does make things more complicated but I think we can do it.
