My Hyacinth bloomed, but at first it was not so luxurious. I accidentally bought a slightly sprouted bulb in a small pot where there was almost no soil, I'm going to transplant it into a large pot, wait for flowering by spring and carefully photograph the process of its growth and flowering. But on the day of the purchase, I was not ready for photographing and did not do it, not expecting that something might go wrong.
The next day, when I decided to water the flower, I saw that it had doubled overnight and it had an arrow ovary with buds. It was a big surprise and I had to photograph him somehow quickly in order to document at least this moment. But I really regret that I did not take a photo on the first day, when the leaves just appeared from the bulb.
I never managed to prepare for photographing with the right light, having a lot of other things to do, and by the evening my Hyacinth looked like this and I photographed it again at random. Then I poured water on it and forgot about it for two days.
When I remembered, I was shocked by what I saw: all its buds had already fully blossomed. I definitely did not expect such speeds and was left upset that I could not observe the beginning of their disclosure.
Although it was nice to see it and feel its light fragrance, the flowers seemed to me too simple, not as expected, but, as it turned out, everything was still ahead and every day the arrow was growing, and the flowers were increasing in size. Their petals became thicker, began to curl in curls and acquire a more diverse color. At the same time, the fragrance intensified, spreading already throughout the house.
Now, when the Hyacinth is already fading, I am not very upset even that I did not manage to photograph it all as planned. Today I discovered the appearance of a new arrow, where small buds are already laid and there is hope that with its development I will be able to make interesting macro photographs. The festive chores are over and now there is more time for such an activity.
