新的商业广场，装潢考究。整体上感觉模仿澳门的威尼斯人的大运河广场，环境非常赞。
整个购物中心的装潢风格是欧式风格，非常精致，灯柱都是雕塑，负二层是底层，负二层到4层全镂空设计，空间感层次感大大增加。小火车，摩天轮，世界港口小镇，里面还有月星，奥特莱斯，山姆会员店。。。中庭大舞台搞得真不错！！比较看好他的前景，人气不差，走马观花玩了一圈，有的区域生意很好，有的区域空铺还很多，不像荟聚整体繁荣无死角。
