In Haifa, I was predictably interested in the Bahai Gardens and the Shrine of the Bab. While waiting for the tour, I walked along the Louis Promenade, which is located on the slopes of Mount Carmel, just at the top entrance to the gardens. They say it offers the best view of the city.
