Hello to all of my friends here and of course to all my dear fellow hivers in this lovely 
How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing well and happy right now. Here I am again, 
Last weekend, my son, husband, and I went to my husband’s workplace for our scheduled annual flu vaccination. It has become a yearly tradition for us because we always make it a priority to protect ourselves from seasonal flu. It may seem like a simple activity, but it gives us peace of mind knowing that we are doing something good for our health. We arrived at around 10:00 in the morning, and thankfully, the process was organized and smooth.
As soon as we arrived, the medical staff welcome us and asked us a few health-related questions before the vaccination. They also checked our blood pressure to make sure we were all fit to receive the vaccine. Since we have been getting our flu shots there every year, everything felt familiar, and we already knew what to expect. It didn’t take long before it was finally our turn.
I was the first one to receive my flu shot, followed by my son, and then my husband. The injection was very quick and only felt like a tiny pinch. I was happy to see my son stay calm and brave throughout the whole vaccination procedure. Seeing him become more confident every year makes me proud as a mom. The healthcare staff were kind, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience comfortable for all of us.
After we were vaccinated, we stayed in the resting area for a few minutes as part of the observation period. My husband and I chatted while my son was playing, we waited and made sure everyone was feeling okay before leaving. Thankfully, none of us experienced any side effects, and we all felt perfectly fine. After a short rest, we headed home and continued the rest of our weekend.
