Thank you for sharing! I've been through the ringer of mental disorders and so on, and have certainly heard of CPTSD...but reading your personal account has definitely lit a few bulbs for me - your "berserk" phase, as you put it, sounds eerily similar to my young adult phase, which came just after many years of trauma. In my later twenties, the depression set in. I will definitely be looking into this more - thanks again :)
