I wanted to create something that looked like a traditional ballpen drawing. But half way in this project, I decided to paint with a blurred out effect as the end result. I still stuck with the purple because I wanted to paint with this color and have the white to contrast.

I started with an outline and began to fill in the base color

Purple has never really been a color I was drawn to but lately I've been loving the pink and purple art I've seen and that I've been making so that's a fascinating change to observe.

I was still working on refining in the stage above when I decided to make everything softer, creating the blurred effect.
