I'm sure you're happy that you managed to do this, I can imagine breathing must be difficult when one is not used to it!
I remember my cousin who's a real tough guy had to do scuba diving as part of training in special forces, but he simply could not do it as he is claustrophobic, so he never got that part under his belt;)
