Your pumpkin pie sounds and looks sooo good! We've been trying to grow them but the monkeys get to them before we do! So the other day I remembered that one can cook the leaves, especially the end shoots and young leaves, cooked it like Spinach, was really delicious, so thank you for the reminder, it's time I go pick some pumpkin leaves;)
