Your photographs are really good, everything looks so fresh AND that salad looks absolutely delicious.
Sorry to hear you're stuck in Vietnam but thank goodness you have a job still! My son was stuch in Russia for a whole month longer and was not earning that last month, also had to wait for a repatriation flight which was quite expensive!
