Thank you Eric, that's my problem I had one a good couple of years ago and was diagnosed with osteopenia which is the stage before osteoporosis. I need to be more regular with bone supplements!

It's very frustrating because I need to start packing now, the buyers' bond was granted. Will still take some time before ownership transfer.
