Oh dear, I am so undecided, it's just not funny! Think I'll become a gypsy for a while😉 I was looking at a very nice retirement village but not sure anymore as it's life rights, so it's not an investment. You or your estate only gets back what you paid, no growth. I'd like to leave a good asset for my kids.
The property market is dead right now, but people are starting to look. I remembered what you said about getting someone to stage the property. I got a real estates photographer to help with that and he took new photos.
Like he said, it's probably a good thing it's going slow, gives me time to make the right decision.
